How do I get started?

Getting started is easy:

1. Sign up for a free account (no credit card required)
2. Upload an image
3. Select a context template that matches your industry or use case
4. Click "Generate Captions" to get 9 AI-powered captions
5. Copy your favorite captions and use them on social media

What are the subscription plans?

• Free Plan: 5 generations per month, perfect for trying out the service
• Pro Plan ($100/month): 250 generations per month with advanced AI and all industry templates
• One-Time Pack ($150): 250 generations that never expire, no monthly commitment

How do credits work?

Each caption generation uses 1 credit. Here's how credits work:

• Pack credits (one-time purchases) are used first
• Monthly subscription credits are used after pack credits run out
• Monthly credits reset on your billing date
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over
• Pack credits never expire

What are contexts?

Contexts are professionally-crafted, industry-specific templates that guide the AI to generate high-quality captions tailored to your needs. We offer:

• Industry Contexts: Real Estate, Fitness, Restaurant, Fashion, Retail, and more
• Campaign Contexts: Product launches, seasonal promotions, brand awareness

All contexts are curated by our team to ensure consistent quality and optimal AI performance.

What caption styles are available?

Each generation creates 9 captions across 3 styles:

• Funny: Humorous, playful captions that make people smile
• Witty: Clever, smart captions that provoke thought
• Real-Talk: Genuine, authentic, relatable captions

How long are my images stored?

For privacy and security, uploaded images are automatically deleted after 30 days. Generated captions are also stored for 30 days by default. You can export your caption history anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Contact us at teamjam2025@gmail.com to cancel your subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You'll retain access to your account and any unused credits until then.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We take security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Images are stored on secure Vercel Blob storage
• Database uses Row Level Security (RLS) policies
• We are GDPR compliant
• We never sell your data to third parties

Can I export my caption history?

Yes! Go to your Dashboard → History and click the "Export as CSV" or "Export as JSON" buttons to download your complete generation history.

When is my billing date?

Your billing date is shown in your account dashboard. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the date you subscribe. If you need to change your billing date, contact us at teamjam2025@gmail.com.
